1. Application conditions
A new citizen (legal guardian) with a valid residence permit in Gaoming District can apply for the ranking of freshmen in the first grade of primary school or junior high school for school-age children whose residence meets the admission requirements. Freshmen in the first grade of primary school: school-age children who meet the legal school age (that is, born before 20 1, 2065 438+06[ including August 3 1] and have reached the age of 6) and have not received compulsory education.
Freshmen: children of new citizens who graduated from primary schools this year.
Step 2: Schedule
(1) Advance booking: In order to implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements in COVID-19, the online booking service mode is adopted for the point enrollment business. From May 8th, new citizens (legal guardians) can make an appointment through the official account of "Gao Mingtong" WeChat. The first time is May 8 17:30, and then the reservation numbers from next Monday to Friday will be issued every Sunday 17:30. Appointment operation steps:

5. Scoring ranking rules
Towns (streets) are sorted according to the score from high to low. In the case that the total score is the same and the ranking is tied, the ranking is based on the time when he first applied for the "Guangdong Residence Permit" in our city, with the certificate in the front and the ranking in the back.
6. Overall publicity
It will be publicized in official media such as Gaoming Political Science and Law WeChat official account, Gaoming District People's Government Network (District Committee Political and Legal Committee), Gaoming Publishing, Foshan New Citizen Service Information Network, and township (street) flow management offices.
7. Preventive measures
1. According to the Measures for the Administration of Points Service for New Citizens in Foshan, new citizens can only apply for points admission at their current residence, and only one spouse can get points according to the principle of high points. Cross-town (street) repeat registration, cancel the points admission qualification. 2. There are multiple acceptance points in the town (street), and the applicant can only choose one of them to handle it. During the acceptance period, the integral materials will be submitted to the designated acceptance point at one time according to the appointment time, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
3. If the new citizens have forged or provided false application materials and other dishonest behaviors, once found, they will be disqualified from applying for points in the current year; Those who have obtained the admission qualification will be disqualified, and they will not be allowed to apply for points service in our city within two years.
