Student loan
Student-origin student loan is a kind of bank loan which is led by the government, subsidized by finance, compensated by finance and universities, and operated by banks, education administrative departments and universities to help students from poor families in universities. Borrowing students do not need to apply for loan guarantee or mortgage, but they need to promise to repay on time and bear relevant legal responsibilities. Borrowing students apply for loans from the bank through the school to make up for the lack of expenses during their school days and repay them in installments after graduation.
In recent years, the subsidy standard for student loans has also been improved, and students in need must not miss it.
Note: student loans need to be applied to the local authorities before the start of school, not to the school after the start of school!
State subsidy
State grants are grants for students from poor families in full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges (including higher vocational colleges and second bachelor's degrees), which are jointly funded by the central and local governments to show the concern of the party and the government for students from poor families in ordinary undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges. ?
The average subsidy standard for state grants is 3,000 yuan per person per year, divided into 2-3 grades.
Starting from the fall semester of 20 10, the central and local governments jointly set up state grants to help students from poor families in ordinary high schools, accounting for about 20% of the total number of ordinary high school students in China, including 10% in the eastern region, 20% in the central region and 30% in the western region. According to the actual situation, all localities can appropriately tilt to rural areas, poverty-stricken areas and ethnic minority areas when determining the funded areas.
Second, scholarships.
Scholarships are divided into national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and social scholarships.
national scholarship
National scholarships are used to reward outstanding students, covering undergraduate students in ordinary colleges and universities, and 50,000 places are awarded each year, with an annual income of 8,000 yuan per person.
National scholarships are generally awarded to 20% students before each academic year, and they need to have a sports score of 70 or above.
The national inspirational scholarship is used to reward outstanding students with family difficulties. The scope of funding is 3% of the number of students in school, and 5000 yuan per person per year.
? The national inspirational scholarship is selected in the poor students' library and generally awarded to the poor students with the top 50% of the results.
Social scholarship
I always refer to the fund set up by enterprises or outstanding social figures to help or reward students as social scholarships. This part of the scholarship is available but not available. If students have the opportunity to apply, don't miss it!
Third, work-study programs.
Work-study program is a post set up by the school to support students. It usually arranges books and cleans in the library. Or organize documents and proofread books in the office. Through these jobs, students can not only get paid, but also get the opportunity to exercise themselves.
