With the development of the information age, the era of educational informatization 2.0 is also a new chapter of educational reform in the next decade. Educational informatization plays an important role in optimizing educational structure, rationally allocating educational resources, promoting educational balance, providing quality education, cultivating innovative talents, and even realizing educational equity and building a learning society in an all-round way. It is an inevitable choice for the development of education in China to lead and support the modernization of education with educational informationization. In the era of relative lack of information technology, it is difficult to monitor students' learning process based on the traditional teaching system, let alone "individualized teaching" according to each student's learning ability and progress. With the rapid development of information technology, combined with the application of "Internet" and "Big Data" technology, the problem of teaching process monitoring can be completely solved. The reform of teaching evaluation system is a necessary means to realize this process. Change the traditional "summative evaluation" into a more scientific "formative evaluation", continuously observe, record and reflect on the whole process of students' learning, comprehensively evaluate the performance, achievements, emotions, attitudes and strategies reflected by students in the daily learning process, and carry out an all-round and multi-dimensional "ability portrait". It can not only motivate students to learn, but also help students to effectively control their own learning process, so that students can gain a sense of accomplishment, enhance their self-confidence, cultivate the spirit of cooperation, and make students "change from passive acceptance of evaluation to active participation in evaluation". At the same time, it can also provide employers with a report that can fully understand students. Nowadays, in the process of choosing a job after graduation, metropolises are faced with the fact that enterprises are unwilling to hire fresh graduates or spend their efforts on the training of fresh graduates. However, recent graduates will frequently change jobs to seek development without being valued by enterprises, which further intensifies the "discrimination" and distrust of recent graduates by enterprises; The reason for this phenomenon is that under the traditional teaching mode, the evaluation of students' learning effect is mostly based on the results of "summative examination". Based on the above phenomena and problems, at the beginning of the establishment of teaching resources and training tasks, we matched and designed related ability attributes according to the attributes of business talents and the knowledge attributes of these resources, so that through the study and training process of students, the detection of results and the analysis of big data, a "student portrait" with "full knowledge structure and multi-ability dimensions" was finally formed, which vividly showed the students' abilities to enterprises, thus enabling enterprises.
