In the era of relative lack of information technology, it is difficult to monitor students' learning process based on the traditional teaching system, let alone "individualized teaching" according to each student's learning ability and progress. With the rapid development of information technology, combined with the application of "Internet" and "Big Data" technology, the problem of teaching process monitoring can be completely solved. The reform of teaching evaluation system is a necessary means to realize this process. Change the traditional "summative evaluation" into a more scientific "formative evaluation", continuously observe, record and reflect on the whole process of students' learning, comprehensively evaluate the performance, achievements, emotions, attitudes and strategies reflected by students in the daily learning process, and carry out an all-round and multi-dimensional "ability portrait". Nowadays, in the process of choosing a job after graduation, metropolises are faced with the fact that enterprises are unwilling to hire fresh graduates or spend their efforts on the training of fresh graduates. However, recent graduates will frequently change jobs to seek development without being valued by enterprises, which further intensifies the "discrimination" and distrust of recent graduates by enterprises; The reason for this phenomenon is that under the traditional teaching mode, the evaluation of students' learning effect is mostly based on the results of "summative examination".
