The Education Department of Liaoning Province and the Education Committee of Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China implement the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on education, and uphold and strengthen the Party's centralized and unified leadership over education in the process of performing their duties.
The main responsibilities are:
