North China Institute of Petroleum Education is a normal college that has enrolled students in the system of ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province. General higher education has been held, and several undergraduate normal majors have been jointly established with Langfang Normal University. 1983 North China Petroleum School (Teacher Training Branch) and North China Petroleum Technical School (Youjian Branch) merged to form North China Petroleum Education College.
