Bone pain during pregnancy? Don't ignore that orthopedic experts teach you to stay away from "pregnant bone pain"!

At the beginning of pregnancy, the bones of pregnant women often don't feel anything, but with the rapid growth of the fetus in the uterus, at about 16 weeks after pregnancy, that is, in the middle and late stages, pregnant women are prone to pain in the back, pubic symphysis, sacroiliac joints and other parts, and different mothers will have different degrees of pain. Female bone pain during pregnancy is common for the following reasons, and these measures can be taken:

First: Pregnant women lack calcium.

During pregnancy, the demand for various nutrients will increase, including calcium. People often pay attention to supplementing protein, but ignore calcium. In fact, we should pay enough attention to calcium supplementation throughout pregnancy. Especially in the second trimester, because the fetus develops rapidly from the second trimester, the rapid growth of the baby leads to calcium deficiency in pregnant women. In other words, the calcium supply of the mother can't keep up with the calcium demand of the fetus. At this time, it is suggested that expectant mothers can take some calcium tablets appropriately and supplement some vitamin D. Pay more attention to supplement some foods rich in calcium, such as milk, bean products, aquatic products, green leafy vegetables, nuts and so on. In addition, expectant mothers can also bask in the sun more, help the formation of vitamin D and promote the absorption of calcium.

Second: Placental oppression

With embryo implantation or fetal development, the uterus grows rapidly, and the whole placenta continues to compress the lumbar vertebrae, ischial tubercle, sacrum, pubic symphysis, sacroiliac joints and even the whole lower limb joints. The mother's bones suddenly accept extraordinary weight and oppression, and can only send out pain signals to remind the human body.

When the lower limb bones give a pain warning, we should strengthen rest, reduce unnecessary activities and avoid heavy work and physical labor! Don't stay in the same position for a long time while sleeping. When the pain is obvious, you can try to lie on your left side, and put a pillow between your back and legs, which can greatly reduce the burden on the bones of your waist and lower limbs.

Third: joint pain.

Throughout pregnancy, pregnant women have different degrees of discomfort. Especially in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

Most pregnant women feel pain in their fingers, toes, heels and joints, and many pregnant women occur in the early pregnancy. This is mainly caused by edema during pregnancy. Because after severe edema, the nerves are compressed, causing pain in bones and joints. This kind of pain is different during the day, especially when you get up in the morning, it will be particularly intense and sometimes it will be particularly painful.

You need a lot of calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D during pregnancy. If you don't take enough of these nutrients, you are prone to joint pain and muscle cramps, especially when you sleep at night, when you move your calf slightly, you will cramp.

Fourth, primiparas are inexperienced and have great psychological pressure.

Anxiety, panic and some wrong methods of pregnancy protection make pregnancy more difficult. This aggravated the pain of pregnancy. Therefore, expectant mothers should do a good job in psychological construction and pregnancy preparation in the early stage of pregnancy, relax their mentality after pregnancy and welcome the birth of a new life with great expectation!

Not every expectant mother will have bone pain when she is pregnant. Everyone's physique is different, and the situation of the fetus is not exactly the same. If there is no pain, please don't be nervous, if you feel pain. The birth of a new life is complicated and difficult. Every pregnant mother-to-be will encounter difficulties, big or small. Don't be discouraged and don't give up. Just remember to have a regular check-up according to the doctor's advice, because the check-up is not only related to the fetus, but also to the mother's health. Be sure to seek medical advice in time if you encounter problems. I wish every expectant mother painless pregnancy and healthy production!
