Plato said: "the quality of educators is the factor of educational success." Teaching by example is more important than teaching by example. I try to start with small things and let students develop good behavior habits. Children in lower grades lack self-awareness. The work of the class teacher is trivial, but it needs patience and care more. I love every student. They are equal to me. I respect them and try to understand them. Before and after class, try to find students, chat with them, listen to students' feedback, and observe students' mental state and emotional changes. Who has made progress, give praise and encouragement; Who has regressed, give a little vigilance and spur; Who is sick, give care and love; Give help and comfort to anyone in trouble. Let students get close to themselves and make themselves their friends. After one year's English study, students have a certain interest in English learning and a preliminary understanding of the basic knowledge and skills of English.
