According to the data of Huainan Education and Sports Bureau, Shuidi Space Science and Technology Innovation Base is located in Wisdom Valley of Huainan High-tech Zone (Shannan New District), covering an area of 4,000 square meters, and has Huainan Intangible Heritage Museum, Aerospace Science and Technology Museum, Intangible Heritage School, Star School and nine themed classrooms.

Since the establishment of the base, Water Drop Space Science and Technology Innovation Base has developed a series of labor practice education courses with "technology creates the future" as the breakthrough point, including 3D printing, machining, scientific and technological innovation, wood workshop, electronic building blocks of smart house, Kawara Tsutomu card programming, basic driving of unmanned aerial vehicle, bean curd making of Soybean Adventure and so on.
