Brief introduction of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine
Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is a national key university with Chinese medicine as its main discipline. It is the only institution of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine that has entered the national "2 1 1 Project", and it is also the construction institution of the "985" dominant discipline innovation platform. Directly under the management of the Ministry of Education, it is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Family Planning Commission (formerly the Ministry of Health), state administration of traditional chinese medicine and Beijing. The school was founded in 1956, formerly known as Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is one of the earliest institutions of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine in New China. 1993 was renamed Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and merged with Beijing College of Acupuncture and Orthopaedics in 2000 to form a new Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
In the long-term practice of running a school, the school adheres to the school philosophy of "pursuing Excellence and stopping at perfection", carries forward the school motto of "assiduously seeking knowledge, studying diligently, respecting morality and helping students", and is committed to inheriting the academic and cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine. Training requirements of nursing specialty in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine
1. Have the foundation of natural science and humanities and social science related to nursing;
2. Master the basic theoretical knowledge of basic medicine, clinical medicine and preventive health care of Chinese and Western medicine, and master the basic theory, knowledge and skills of nursing of Chinese and Western medicine;
3. Master the basic principles and operation techniques of acute, chronic and critical patients' nursing, master the skills of specialized nursing and monitoring initially, and be able to apply nursing procedures to implement holistic nursing for nursing objects;
4. Be able to participate in community health services and have the basic ability of nursing management and nursing education;
5. Respect and understand the nursing objects, have cooperative spirit and strong interpersonal communication skills, and have good professional ethics;
6. Familiar with nursing scientific research methods, with innovative spirit, critical thinking and preliminary scientific research ability;
