Verification Report of China Higher Education Qualification Certificate
To apply for self-taught undergraduate graduation, you must provide the electronic registration record form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education or the certification report of higher education in China. This is a necessary condition to prove that your education is true and effective.
Exemption course
If you want to apply for an exam-free course, you need to provide legal and valid documents. For specific exemption measures, please refer to official website's Notice on the Implementation Rules (Revised) for the Exemption of Shandong Higher Education Self-taught Examination Courses.
Photo album of graduates
Don't forget to prepare a photo that meets the requirements! The width and height shall not be less than 2 12×282 pixels, but shall not exceed 480×640 pixels. And the resolution of the photo should reach 300dpi, and the background color should be light blue. The brightness should be moderate, make sure your appearance is clearly visible, and remember to take off your hat!
Graduate registration form
The graduate registration form must be filled in by myself and cannot be altered. Ensure that the content is clear, complete and accurate. This is the necessary material for application, don't forget!
Honesty requirement
All submitted materials must be true and valid. Once fraud is found, it will be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education). So, please be honest!
