Tengzhou Education Bureau is the education administrative department of Tengzhou Municipal Government, with 14 departments and 12 sub-district township education committee offices.

Main responsibilities:

(a) to implement the principles, policies and regulations of the party and the state, province and city on education; To study and formulate normative documents on education in our city and supervise their implementation; To study and formulate the city's education development plan and annual plan and organize their implementation.

(two) comprehensive management of the city's basic education (including preschool education), vocational and technical education, adult education, employee education and other work; Guide and coordinate the education work of towns (streets) and relevant departments, and be responsible for education supervision and evaluation.

(three) overall planning, coordination and guidance of the city's education system and school system reform, school internal management system reform, education and teaching reform, straighten out the internal and external relations of education.

(four) to guide the school's ideological and political, sports and health, aesthetic education and national defense education; To be responsible for the publicity and supervision by public opinion of educational principles, policies and regulations.

(five) to guide the construction of teachers and education administrative cadres in the city, to guide the internal management system reform of schools and the reform of education and teaching, to coordinate the relevant departments to formulate and organize the implementation of the relevant provisions on labor wages and personnel management in the education system, and to manage the identification of teachers' qualifications.
