6. Difficulties and problems to be solved
Shortly after the establishment of the center, a lot of work is still in its infancy. Compared with the performance of Shanghai Normal University, Tianjin Normal University and other primary education research centers, we still have a certain gap. Mainly in the following aspects:
(1) The level of scientific research is low, and most of the scientific research projects declared by the members of the center are school-level projects, but there are few provincial-level projects and no national-level projects.
(2) The division of labor among members of the center is not clear, and the integration of human resources is not sufficient and reasonable.
The focus of the center's next step is to form a scientific research team with rich scientific research experience, young and middle-aged backbones and first-line primary school education experts in harmony, with clear goals and hard work.
(3) The teaching tasks of the members of the center are heavy, with heavy physical and mental load.
