In a blink of an eye, the new employee training has ended. After five days of study, I feel that every new employee can quickly understand the company and adapt to the work. The content of this training is very rich, which gives me a deeper understanding of the company's development history, organizational structure and corporate culture, and a preliminary understanding of the company's products.
Through these days' study, I have a general framework and ideas for my work in my mind, which is of great help to carry out my work smoothly in the future, but there are still many specific working methods and experiences of leaders and predecessors that I need to learn slowly. During the training, both the guidance of the tutor and the teaching of the old employees of the company showed me a team spirit and strength.
All the students actively participated, whether in the usual lectures and games, or in the final military training, they all actively participated, tried to integrate into the team and played their role well.
This made me realize the relationship between individuals and teams. Without a team, there is no success of individual roles. Only by better integration into the team, courage to take responsibility and dare to take responsibility can we achieve a win-win situation for individuals and teams. Five days is a short time, but this process makes me deeply and deeply feel that my heart has changed.

These five days of training will have a profound impact on my career.
