The level of calligraphy seal cutting is quite profound. Calligraphy is good at Chinese printing and official script, which is rigorous, agile and calm. The charm is profound, quaint and refined, especially the biography of Han Dynasty, which has made great achievements in post-school education.

Calligraphy works were selected for the 3rd National Calligraphy Seal Cutting Exhibition and Contemporary Mainland Calligraphy Exhibition held in Taiwan Province Province, and were included in Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, China Revolutionary Military Museum, Zhongnanhai, and Sino-Japanese Friendship Self-singing Poetry and Book Exchange Exhibition. He also held personal calligraphy, seal cutting exhibitions and academic lectures, and also published Liu Naizhong's seal, which left a permanent impression on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. It has been included in Modern Couplet Ink, Collection of National Calligraphy and Seal Carving in Commemoration of the 580th Anniversary of Zheng He's Sailing to the West, Collection of Northern Book Fair, etc. He is good at seal cutting, and his works were included in China's first seal cutting collection.

The seal cutting works were included in the First National Seal Cutting Art Exhibition Collection, the National Printing Society Collection and the Hundred Printing Members Collection of Xiling Printing Society. He once went to Singapore and the United States for calligraphy art exchange, gave lectures in Taiwan Province Province for three times, and held a personal calligraphy seal cutting exhibition. Liu Naizhong's seal cutting collection was published in Taiwan Province Province. In 2000, Xiling Publishing House published the Collection of Liu Naizhong's Calligraphy and Seal Carvings, which is the first such book in China collected by the Oriental Art Department of the New York Public Library.
