Sima Yi's son often followed his father in the battlefield. He was trained by Sima Yi from an early age and learned a lot. The third reason is that Sima Yi was actually ambitious at that time. He wanted to become a monarch and get the country at that time. Entrusted by Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang was very loyal to Shu. He has no such ambition. At that time, Zhuge Liang put all his energy into how to build Shu, and had no time to take care of the education of his descendants. He was in charge of everything that happened in Shu at that time.

Although in terms of ability, Sima Yi's sons performed far better than Kong Ming's sons. But in terms of loyalty, Sima Yi's son is obviously much worse than Kongming's.
