2. Minhang Campus: No.690 Jiangchuan Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. Founded in 1953, the school was established by the former Electrical Industry Administration of the First Ministry of Machinery Industry, and was composed of some teachers and students from Shanghai Middle School, Shanghai Industrial School and National Shanghai Advanced Mechanical Vocational School. The school, formerly known as Shanghai Electric Appliance Manufacturing School, has experienced the development and evolution of Shanghai Electric Machine Manufacturing School, Shanghai Electric Machine Manufacturing Technology College and Shanghai Electric Machine Technology College. 1985 school held the first batch of five-year junior college education in China, and was listed as a national key construction higher vocational college in 2002. In 2004, Shanghai Electromechanical Industry School and Shanghai Electromechanical Industry Workers College merged to run a school; In September of the same year, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the school was renamed shanghai dianji university and upgraded to a full-time undergraduate college. On 20 1 1 year, the State Council Academic Degrees Committee listed the school as a pilot unit for professional degree graduate students and began postgraduate education.
