Looking back on the whole training process, the content is very substantial. I divide it into three parts: first, the planning, implementation and evaluation of regional and school promotion in capacity improvement project 2.0; The second is the organization, implementation and innovation of teaching under the information technology environment; The third is to improve the ability of the training team.
Looking through my notes page by page, I'm actually ashamed because I almost forgot. But I remembered Einstein's words: "Education is what remains when a person forgets everything he learned in school." I think, after I forgot all about this training and study, what is left?
The first thing is to learn, not to keep learning. At work, the study time is indeed limited, perhaps because there is no atmosphere, perhaps because there is no systematic and professional resources, perhaps because people are inherently inert. Every time you go out for training, it is an excellent learning opportunity. I have rich and comprehensive professional knowledge, special authoritative professional lecturers, and excellent students who are bent on learning. They are all my study objects. These days, my brain really absorbs all kinds of new things like a sponge.
The second is action, and it is to persist in action. The most valuable thing I have learned from all the training teachers is their research and action spirit. Most of the trained experts are older, but they have one thing in common, that is, when they encounter new things, they always have the enthusiasm to try, and when they encounter useful things, they always use motivation to persist. I especially like what Luo Huayu said: Keep doing, keep doing, and you will succeed by doing. We must believe in the power of action. Being able to apply for training this time is an action in itself. Then the next action should be how to actively take care of your life, work and study after the training. As a teacher, we should always keep an action force and have the spirit of keeping pace with the times. Keep doing it, keep doing it. At some point, we can not only achieve our children, but also achieve ourselves.
Finally, output is something that can be presented. Light has absorption and no output. I thought it was impossible. Besides, output can best test whether we have really absorbed knowledge, so we should try our best to export things. This kind of output can be communication with others, helping other teachers grind lessons, improving courseware, or showing it with the help of some platforms. Maybe at the beginning, the output is trivial and scattered, but if you persist for a long time, keep learning and digesting, and then keep outputting, you will definitely see progress. Again, "keep doing it, keep doing it, and you will succeed."
This training is a milestone and a new starting point for me. During the training, I got to know my lovely teammates, my studious roommates, and I got to know myself again. I feel the strength of the team, harmonious and interesting, and I also realize that there should be many possibilities in study, work, life and training. I am very happy to participate in this training, which is a substantial and beautiful training. I believe that my future road will be more practical and steady. Look forward to seeing you next time!
