First, there must be practical actions to carry out mass line education and practice activities.
As a grass-roots party member, taking the mass line and persisting in serving the people should not only be written on paper, but also be kept in mind, and more importantly, be implemented in action. Through solid and effective practical activities, let all party member and medical staff enhance their service awareness, put the people in the highest position in their hearts, do practical things for the people with full work enthusiasm and good mental outlook, and make joint efforts to build our small hospital into a harmonious, civilized and developed medical unit.
Second, it is of great significance to carry out mass line education and practice activities.
Carrying out mass line education and practice activities in the whole party is a major deployment to uphold the party's management of the party and strictly manage the party under the new situation; It is a major deployment that conforms to the requirements of the masses; It is a powerful guarantee for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. To achieve the goals set by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we must closely rely on the people and fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the overwhelming majority of the people. Carrying out the party's mass line education practice activities is to make all party comrades remember and abide by the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, closely unite the people with a fine style, and work hard to achieve the goals and tasks set by the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Third, to carry out mass line education and practice activities has requirements for every party member.
Every party member, even our most ordinary party member, plays a huge role at the grassroots level. In fact, our ordinary party member's every move also represents the party's purpose, which is related to the party's image. At ordinary times, I always feel that some unhealthy tendencies within the party have affected the party's reputation and strengthened study. The focus is on those leading cadres who have unhealthy tendencies, correct these bad behaviors and ethos, and reflect the advanced nature of the party. As for ordinary party member, it is enough to do his own job, but now I also think this is a lack of understanding. If every party member shirks his responsibility and thinks that strengthening study and raising consciousness is only the business of senior cadres, then our party will be in danger. Our party has 80 million party member, which is a huge organization. If everyone thinks it doesn't matter and serves this organization unconsciously, then this organization will slowly disperse. Even if senior cadres take the initiative, it will not change the situation. On the contrary, if party member has good quality and consciousness, even some corrupt behaviors will eventually be abandoned or eliminated by everyone. Therefore, grassroots party member. Since the mobilization meeting, I have performed my duties more consciously. In my work, I have established a good image of party member in front of the masses, and I am not afraid of hardship and tiredness. I serve the masses with my meager ability, and I also do my best to publicize the party's new era policy to patients or their families. I think that if everyone can do this wholeheartedly, our party will be more advanced and greater.
