Having the professional or technical conditions and qualifications required for the post;

The "2022 fresh graduates" in the qualification conditions refer to those who graduated in 2022 and obtained academic certificates, and have no work units. Among them, the date of obtaining academic certificates for ordinary college graduates who can provide the Graduate Employment Recommendation Form can be relaxed to 65438+February 3, 20221; In the same period, the date for foreign graduates to obtain academic certificates can be appropriately relaxed, but the academic certification of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education must be completed before February 3, 20221.

Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2020 and 20021can apply for the employment of graduates in 2022 if their file relationship is still in the original graduate school, or in graduate employment departments at all levels, talent exchange service agencies, public employment service agencies, and those who graduated abroad in the same period and have completed their academic qualifications but have not yet implemented their work units.

Those who participate in grass-roots service projects, who have no work experience before participating in the service projects, and who pass the examination within 2 years after the service expires, may apply for employment of graduates in 2022.

After retirement 1 year, those who are recruited as conscripts by recent college graduates can apply for employment of graduates in 2022.

Students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Jiangsu Province.

Servicemen, non-fresh graduates of ordinary universities with national education sequence, and personnel who are not allowed to apply for relevant positions in public institutions as otherwise stipulated by the state and the province are not allowed to apply.
