Shandong Vocational College of Special Education was formally established on 20 15 and 1 with the approval of the provincial government. Being affiliated to Shandong Disabled Persons' Federation, it is the only public vocational college for special education in our province and the earliest vocational education school for the disabled in the national disabled persons' Federation system. The history of running a school can be traced back to 1989, which was jointly built by the people of Shandong Province and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. 1997 rehabilitation secondary school was renamed Shandong special education secondary school. 20 14 Integrating resources to establish Shandong Vocational College of Special Education. 20 19 cooperated with Jinan university to train the "3+2" specialty in special education by stages.
The college consists of five departments: art design department, fashion art department, medical technology department, special education department and information technology department. There are five majors, including arts and crafts design, fashion design and technology, rehabilitation technology, special education and computer application technology, including 12 professional direction. Arts and crafts design and special education are provincial-level characteristic brand professional group construction projects, and rehabilitation treatment technology and special education are national pilot projects for the reform of rehabilitation personnel training for the disabled. In 2002, with the approval of the Provincial Department of Education, four majors affiliated to Taishan Medical College, arts and crafts, fashion design and technology, acupuncture and massage, and language training for deaf children, implemented counterpart higher vocational education and began to undertake higher vocational education for the disabled. Up to now, the college has more than 20 years of experience in running higher vocational education and has formed an excellent tradition of running schools.
The college further promotes the integration of production and education, and the school-enterprise "double" educates people. According to the characteristics of different types of students and the needs of talent training, each major implements the talent classification training mode and implements the certificate system of "1+X" for academic certificates and multiple vocational skill level certificates. Actively build a high-level training base. At present, there are 3 master workshops, 1 master studio and 3 practice teaching bases. There are 5 on-campus training bases and 5/kloc-0 training laboratories, and 4/kloc-0 off-campus training bases have been established in-depth cooperation with well-known enterprises, institutions, hospitals and schools, which effectively meets the needs of personnel training.
