Evaluation and identification procedures

1, the people's government at the county level shall apply to the Municipal People's Government for supervision and review according to the content and standard requirements of compulsory education quality and balanced development evaluation, and after self-examination and self-evaluation meet the standards. After passing the assessment, an application shall be submitted to the office of the Education Steering Committee of the provincial government for assessment and identification of counties with high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in China. The office of the Education Steering Committee of the provincial government conducts supervision and evaluation of the counties applying for accreditation according to the national evaluation content and standard requirements, calculates the inter-school difference coefficient of high-quality and balanced development, and investigates social recognition. Before the provincial supervision and evaluation, it will be announced to the public, and the evaluation results will be publicized to the public and subject to supervision.
