The supervision and evaluation of high-quality and balanced development of county compulsory education includes four aspects: resource allocation, government guarantee, education quality and social recognition, mainly based on the statistical data of national education and national education funds.
Evaluation and identification procedures
1, the people's government at the county level shall apply to the Municipal People's Government for supervision and review according to the content and standard requirements of compulsory education quality and balanced development evaluation, and after self-examination and self-evaluation meet the standards. At the same time, submit the self-examination and self-evaluation report, the National County Declaration Form for the High-quality and Balanced Development of Compulsory Education, and the compilation of relevant policy documents of the county government and relevant departments to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education.
2, the Municipal People's government organization supervision and evaluation. After passing the assessment, an application shall be submitted to the office of the Education Steering Committee of the provincial government for assessment and identification of counties with high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in China. The deadline for submitting application materials is the end of March each year.
3. The office of the Education Steering Committee of the provincial government conducts supervision and evaluation of the counties applying for accreditation according to the national evaluation content and standard requirements, calculates the inter-school difference coefficient of high-quality and balanced development, and investigates social recognition. Before the provincial supervision and evaluation, it will be announced to the public, and the evaluation results will be publicized to the public and subject to supervision. Publicity without objection, submitted to the provincial government for examination and approval, and according to the relevant procedures reported to the the State Council Education Steering Committee for evaluation and identification.
