Beijing Anti-drug Education Base Management Center (Beijing Youth Service Center) consists of an office, a youth cultural development department, a youth legal rights protection department, an anti-drug education and training department, an anti-drug social activity department and a comprehensive information department, which mainly undertakes two major functions: providing services for young people, conducting research on youth issues and anti-drug education, and managing the base.
