Prison access review procedures:
1, review the criminal's legal documents. That is, whether the criminal judgment of the people's court has taken legal effect, whether the copy of the indictment of the people's procuratorate, the judgment of the people's court, the notice of execution and the registration form for closing the case are complete, and whether the records are wrong.
2. Physical examination of the criminals who are taken into custody. That is, check whether the prisoner has a serious illness, whether the female prisoner is pregnant or breast-feeding her own baby, etc.
3. Personal and article inspection. If contraband or stolen goods are found, they shall be confiscated and sent to the people's court for handling. If there are any materials available for investigation and trial, they shall be submitted to the competent investigation and judicial organs in time.
4. Prisoners fill in the Registration Form for Prisoners.
5. Send a notice to the criminal's family. After a prisoner is put into prison, the prison shall promptly notify his family members and issue a notice within 5 days after he is put into prison. For criminals who have no family members, the prison may notify their units, grass-roots organizations or the local police station.
When prisoners begin to serve their sentences, the prison administration will provide prison education within the specified time according to the specific needs and problems of prisoners. The process of prison education includes preparation stage, organization stage and implementation stage. The preparation stage includes the collection and analysis of the background information of prisoners entering the prison, and the formulation of educational plans for individual differences. The organizational stage includes the selection of educational methods, the selection of educators, the planning and putting into use of educational places. Specifically, education can be carried out through oral lectures, written materials, physical exhibitions and multimedia learning. The implementation stage includes the educational implementation and effect evaluation of prisoners by the prison management department.
To sum up, in the process of education implementation, the prison administration should pay close attention to the acceptance of criminals and the educational effect, and evaluate and adjust the educational effect in time.
