The true meaning of Wushu
"Martial arts" is a very historic concept, which has experienced the following meanings: 1. Originally refers to the ancient military academy in China, which began with Wang Anshi's political reform. It proposes that school education should be "professional and military-civilian", and a martial arts school should be set up in Tokyo to teach military knowledge. Seven kinds of military books before Tang Dynasty are regarded as seven books of martial arts, that is, seven main teaching materials. There are also military doctors and other officials who "lure scholars with bow and horse military training." In the seventh year of Da Dao (1 17 1), in July, Geng Yin and Zhao Wushu will take the exam, with 50 places. Xichun five years (1 178), was a member of the martial arts country. Later, in the fifth year of Qingyuan (1 199), each state learned to set up a samurai thatched cottage, choose officials according to students' martial arts, farm in their spare time, and "leave officials to prepare for war", but this system was soon abolished. There were martial arts settings in the Ming Dynasty, but they were not customized and were soon abolished. After the Qing Dynasty, there were only martial arts schools, not martial arts schools. 2. It is similar to the concepts of "martial arts", "martial arts" and "martial arts", but it also includes the discussion of its inherent laws, metaphysical attributes and characteristics, and even includes the thinking of traditional philosophy, medicine and military science on the nourishment of "martial arts". In other words, it includes not only martial arts, but also martial arts and Taoism. Whenever Jin Yong's martial arts novels talk about martial arts masters, they will not evaluate his "martial arts" level, but his "martial arts" accomplishments. This is inseparable from Mr. Jin Yong's academic background as a historian and his attitude of paying equal attention to "art" and "Tao". Mr. Sun Lutang also adheres to this concept. Through his works such as Xingyiquan, Bagua Boxing, Taiji Biography and his theory of "Wu Wen in One", we can see that he is not satisfied with the cultural orientation of "skill" and advocates upgrading "martial arts" to the taste of "learning", so that Mr. Sun Jianyun named it "Sun Lutang Martial Arts" when editing his works. This concept appeared in the late Qing Dynasty, but in any case, it included something other than "Shu". This concept always centered on Wushu "Shu", and its research breadth and depth were limited by the academic background at that time. 3. It is an innovative subject concept, an explanation of the second concept of Wushu under the background of modern scientific society, and the content of studying the second concept of Wushu under the background of modern scientific society (not only research, but also different from learning). That is to say, we are establishing a modern discipline, and conducting unlimited horizontal expansion and vertical in-depth research on Wushu, including Wushu, Wushu and other multicultural phenomena, from the perspectives of education, physical education, sports, Wushu, society, philosophy, medicine and physiology. Martial arts is still one of its core and fundamentals, but it is not enough as the main body. The ancient military schools in China began in the Northern Song Dynasty. In May of the third year of Qing Dynasty (1043), the Song Dynasty set up martial arts in Chengsi Temple, Wu Wang, with Ruan Yi as its professor. It can be said with great certainty that during this period, the Song court was trying to establish and improve the military attache selection system. However, contrary to expectations, martial arts is not so attractive, and no one wants to enter school as a martial arts student. In this regard, Fan Zhongyan, who was involved in politics, said to the emperor: "The country advocates martial arts, but no one wants to go to school. At this rate, I'm afraid the enemy will think that there are no heroes in our country. It is better to order the cancellation of martial arts names. If there are students who like Sun Tzu's art of war, they can be guaranteed by prison officials to learn Sun Tzu's art of war in secret. " As a result, Wushu, the first school in China (and perhaps the world) to train military talents, only existed for more than 90 days and was forced to end its mission. During Wang Anshi's political reform, he once again proposed that school education should be "specialized in both civil and military arts" and set up a martial arts school in Tokyo to teach military knowledge. In the seventh year of Da Dao (1 17 1), in July, Geng Yin and Zhao Wushu will take the exam, with 50 places. After the Qing Dynasty, only martial arts schools were set up, which can be said to have laid a curse for the military backwardness of modern China.
