For example, the management of a university is like making a movie, the producer is the principal, and the task is to come up with ideas and pay for the smooth shooting; The director is the head of the department, and his task is to inspire the actors to perform good plays, and the actors are the protagonists of good movies and good plays, and this protagonist is the professor. The relationship between principals, deans and professors is just like the relationship between producers, directors and actors. The relationship between them is flat, not bureaucratic. This kind of management is artistic, which is more conducive to teachers to play their talents. With more names, the school naturally becomes a famous school.
