The first-class construction engineer qualification registration is accepted and reviewed by the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee.
The following materials need to be submitted:
1. the application form for initial registration of the first-class constructor signed and confirmed by the applicant himself (1-1);
2. A copy of the applicant's ID card (resident ID card or passport);
3, the applicant's "first-class construction engineer qualification certificate";
4. A copy of the applicant's academic certificate;
5. A copy of the labor contract signed by the applicant and the current employment enterprise or a certificate of labor, personnel and salary relationship issued by the applicant's unit;
6, overdue application for initial registration, but also need to submit a copy of the documents that meet the requirements of continuing education in recent three years.
Requirements for application materials:
The application materials consist of an application form and material attachments bound in parts 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
To apply for the registration of architecture, municipal administration, mining and electromechanical specialty, an application form in duplicate and an attachment of the materials shall be submitted; Apply for railways, highways, ports and waterways, water conservancy and hydropower, communication and broadcasting, and civil aviation.
For the book, an application form shall be submitted in triplicate and the attachment materials in duplicate; Apply for registration of railways, highways, ports and waterways, water conservancy and hydropower, communications and radio and television, and civil aviation, and increase the application for each additional major.
The form is in duplicate, and the attachment of the material is in duplicate.
If a copy of the above materials is submitted, the copy shall be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise where the applicant is currently employed, and the original shall be submitted at the same time, and the original shall be returned to the applicant after verification.
