1. The connotation of new core literacy is divided into four aspects: language ability, cultural awareness, thinking quality and learning ability;

2. The content of the new course is divided into two parts: content requirements and teaching tips. "Content requirements" are described from three basic levels: learning scope and learning requirements of six elements: theme, discourse, language knowledge, cultural knowledge, language skills and learning strategies.

3. Add academic quality, which consists of academic quality connotation and academic quality description, in which "academic quality description" describes the concrete performance of learning achievements from the first, second and third levels;

4. "Appendix" adds the characteristics of core literacy; Delete the list of functional ideas, topics, evaluation methods and cases, skills teaching reference suggestions, classroom language, etc.
