Read "This is how famous teachers are tempered"
This book tells the story of teacher Wang Zhixing's growth from a rural teacher to a national famous teacher. This is also a collection of growth essays by Mr. Wang after 25 years' work.
The first time I saw this book, I was attracted by its name-"This is how famous teachers are tempered". I'm afraid a person must have some conceited skills if he can be a famous teacher.
After reading this book one night, I tried to extract three growth codes for the cultivation and promotion of famous teachers.
First, almost "stupid" persistence.
Teacher Wang mentioned that he copied an educational book of nearly 200,000 words in three days. He has 17 notebooks and just copied the manuscript of this book. This is amazing.
A person is too stupid to succeed. This experience of copying books made Mr. Wang love educational reading more and entered the door of professional reading.
From this, I contact myself. Have I ever read any educational works so seriously? There are many books at home, but how many books do you really read carefully? More often, it's just an eye addiction. The accumulation of reading has not substantially improved my teaching ability.
Mr. Wang doesn't read much, but he is a real scholar. What is real reading? Digest the essence of a book, tell the main content of a book by yourself, and apply the methods learned in the book to work. The reading notes written by teacher Wang are waist-high.
In the future, my reading will be deeper. I'm going to review all the theoretical books I have read. Try to summarize its main contents in your own words, and write it down in writing and internalize it in your heart. For each book, use your own reading experience.
Second, obsessed with singleness.
Teacher Wang is very serious about the classroom. Every time he attends a demonstration class, he thinks about it and thinks hard. On one occasion, he represented the school in a demonstration class in a township. Because the task is very temporary, the time for preparing lessons is very tight. Teacher Wang spent several hours preparing lessons on the road and in the hotel. It was not until ten o'clock in the morning that he was satisfied with his idea of preparing lessons. It was not until he finished writing the teaching design completely that he fell asleep in the crowd.
People's growth needs pressure. The greater the pressure, the easier it is to stimulate the explosion of life energy. Pressure can come from the outside or from the inside. With Mr. Wang's reputation at that time, taking an open class at random in villages and towns will not reduce his reputation. But Mr. Wang is not careless about his lessons at all.
Sincere class, so that he not only won the academic reputation, but also won the weight of his own education life. This experience has also become an important step on his way to becoming a famous teacher.
Third, infatuation with teaching intoxicated.
Teacher Wang, whether as an ordinary teacher or as a school administrator, has never left the first-line classroom. His classes are always new. Many teaching ideas also come from life.
He once heard a math teacher talk about Mobius circle principle in class, which gave birth to a new idea of giving homework guidance to children. He borrowed an old pair of shoes-repairing scissors from the doorman, and lied to the students that they were god scissors given by Emperor Kangxi. In one class, the students were dubious about him. You say, who wouldn't like such an interesting class?
As a famous teacher, he dares to give his immature family instructions to the new teachers in the same group office. Many famous teachers are afraid to come out to class after they become famous. If you want to take it, just take your own fame class. But Miss Wang is not like this. Because for him, evaluating special-grade teachers is only a new starting point of his career, not the end of his career.
How can a person do this if he has no sincere love for his education and teaching work and is obsessed with the same feelings?
