The standard of school fees is: without the consent of the State Council or the approval of the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Education, educational fees shall not be set up without authorization. According to the relevant documents issued by seven ministries and commissions in the State Council recently, unless otherwise stipulated by the state, the charging standards of schools at all levels should remain basically stable, not higher than the charging level in the fall semester of 2006. The charging standard of private schools shall be appropriately adjusted by all localities according to the changes in the cost of running schools.
The school fee system is:
1, carefully study the policies and regulations of the higher authorities on charges.
2. The school must collect all kinds of fees in March and September in accordance with the provisions of the charging documents every academic year, and no fees shall be charged at other times.
3. Before charging, the school must fill in the examination and approval form according to the charging standard and report it to the Education Department of the office for examination and approval. Unauthorized projects shall not be charged, and offenders shall be regarded as arbitrary charges.
4. Use the recharge card well, and the signature must be standardized.
5, charge escrow fees, to achieve timely settlement, no hitchhiking charges, otherwise it will be regarded as arbitrary charges.
6. School fees must be standardized and unified, and arbitrary charges are prohibited. If there is any violation, the relevant personnel should write a written review, and the school should deal with it seriously and order it to be retired within a time limit.
