Binzhou City is located in the northern part of Shandong Province, Lubei Plain and the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta, with a land area of 9,600 square kilometers. Located in the overlapping zone of Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone, Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, Bohai Economic Zone and Jinan Provincial Capital Urban Agglomeration Economic Zone, it is the north gate of Shandong Province. Established on June 8, 2000, with a population of 3.8 million (20 14).
