Xifeng Yucai Middle School has not been changed to Xingkui Middle School. Xifeng Yucai Middle School was originally a junior middle school, which was founded in 1958, and was invested by the government to build the present nine-year compulsory education school in the summer of 2008. The school now covers an area of 4 1.244 square meters, with a building area of 1.2 1.53 square meters. Qingyang Xifeng Yucai Middle School is a full-time private school approved by Qingyang Education Bureau and filed by the Provincial Education Department. It has the same legal status as public schools and was established in 2000. Therefore, Yucai Middle School in Xifeng District has not been changed to Xingkui Middle School.
