The education system of Suzhou Industrial Park recruits teachers with the nature of enterprise management and career establishment. In recent years, the education system in the park actively conforms to the reform of personnel system, recruits teachers for enterprise management, adopts contract appointment system and post management, provides competitive salary and benefits, and uniformly participates in the Class B comprehensive security plan of social insurance (provident fund) for employees of enterprises in the park. Enterprise management teachers and career editors have equal pay for equal work, the same career development, the same promotion channels, the same job requirements and the same career treatment. High-level talents are in short supply through special recruitment, and those who meet the requirements can apply for job introduction.
Third, the recruitment conditions
Applicants should have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, be law-abiding, have good conduct, care about students, be loyal to education, and have no criminal record. Applicants for teacher positions must obtain qualified teacher qualification certificate and academic degree certificate before August 3, 2023. The major studied is the same as or similar to the subject applied for, and it has the physical and mental conditions necessary for the normal performance of duties and the specific qualifications required by the recruitment position. Among them, fresh graduates with full-time master's degree or above, outstanding undergraduates from first-class universities, and those who have no corresponding teacher qualifications for the time being can give priority to applying for teacher positions, and obtain corresponding teacher qualifications within 3 years after entering the post according to the agreement. If there are relevant regulations at the higher level due to the epidemic situation, the relevant regulations shall prevail.

Applicants must be fresh graduates in 2023, of which undergraduate students must have full-time academic qualifications (degrees) certificates from ordinary colleges and universities; Postgraduate undergraduate degree (degree) must be full-time. If the undergraduate major is inconsistent with the postgraduate major, you must apply for the corresponding subject according to the undergraduate major.
Junior high school and primary school teachers should have full-time undergraduate education and degree certificate.

1. Education
Full-time undergraduate degree or above (except for the shortage of high-level talents, the conditions can be relaxed appropriately).
2. Age and honor conditions
First, young teachers with potential. Those who have won awards or comprehensive honors in educational and teaching competitions at or above the school level and have rich teaching experience in class teachers or graduating classes are required to be under 30 years old (1993 1 days later).
Second, mature backbone teachers. Those who win prizes or comprehensive honors in educational and teaching competitions at or above the county level are required to be under 35 years of age (1988 1 born later).
Third, there is a shortage of high-level talents. High-level talents in short supply can pass the special assessment of introducing high-level talents in short supply according to the Measures for the Establishment of Teacher Development Center in Park Education System and the Operation of Teachers' Career in Primary and Secondary Schools. Those who meet the requirements can apply for introduction as a career editor or be employed as an enterprise manager through other recruitment methods. The shortage of high-level talents must meet one of the following conditions:

(3) Excellent subject teaching and research staff in senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, with strong quality awareness and good teaching performance, enjoying a high reputation in the local area, having three years or above full-time teaching and research post experience in teaching and research institutions or teacher development centers in districts and cities, having the title of key teacher at the subject teaching level or above, and under 40 years old (1983 65438+ 10/kloc-0

1. Fourth, the recruitment process
The school publishes recruitment announcements, collects and screens application materials, organizes written examinations, business examinations and interviews on campus, and then recommends to the Education Bureau of the park to take centralized regional examinations. According to the assessment results, the Education Bureau of the Park selects the best candidates.
Remarks:
1. In the recruitment process, those who fail to meet the prescribed conditions or practise fraud will be disqualified at any time once they are verified, and the responsibility will be borne by the candidates themselves.
