Legal analysis: the arrangement of education and rectification of national and provincial political and legal teams and the work arrangement of our city. On June 3rd, the Office of the Leading Group for Education and Rectification of the Municipal Law Team invited Zhou Liang, the leader of the 12th Steering Group for Education and Rectification of the Provincial Law Team, to give lectures on the "Three Provisions" to the main leaders of Party committees, people's congresses, governments and CPPCC in counties (cities) and counties, as well as members of the leading bodies of political and legal units. Lu Jue, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and deputy head of the leading group for education and rectification of the municipal legal team, presided over the event and delivered a speech.

Focusing on the background, main contents and typical cases of the promulgation of the "Three Provisions", Zhou Liang thoroughly interpreted and comprehensively expounded the importance and necessity of implementing the "Three Provisions" and put forward requirements for the leading cadres of the party and government in the city. The lecture is rich in content and profound in cases, which provides guidance for further understanding the scope of application, code of conduct and punishment measures of the "three regulations" and building a "firewall" to prevent judicial intervention from thinking and action.

The activity stressed that the whole city should carry out in-depth re-learning, re-propaganda and re-education of the "three regulations" and other related systems, and constantly consolidate the ideological foundation. Leading cadres should take the lead in strictly implementing the "three regulations". Political and legal organs should listen to opinions and suggestions from all walks of life with an open mind, accept supervision in good faith, further enforce the law strictly, impartially and honestly, and constantly improve the people's sense of gain, happiness and security.
