Guang 'an Vocational and Technical College was founded in1906; In 2003, Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and Guang 'an Municipal People's Government decided to build Guang 'an Vocational and Technical College on the basis of the former Yuechi Normal School. On April 29th, 2004, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of Guang 'an Vocational and Technical College.
