I am a graduate student of Xiamen University. Finally, the boss has to say that my class teacher didn't do a good job. I asked him to tell me the specific bad behavior. He thought about it for a long time and said that the students had called 1 10, and I was still sleeping in the dormitory. I remind you that the classmates who fight are not in my class, and I don't live in school. I don't know if there is a fight at night. Talk to him again and again, and find the reason again and again. In short, just say a word and the money will not be sent.

During the salary-seeking period, I deeply realized how stupid, barbaric, reneging on one's word and how divided, depressed and hopeless the school is.

Let's start with the boss's stupidity and cruelty. Here's what I heard from my boss:

"You old teachers are all here to cheat on food and drink." (First of all, I am much younger than you. How did I become an old teacher? Secondly, I personally think that several teachers in Zhiyuan are still good, and they should not all come to eat and drink, right? If that's the case, wouldn't it be best for you to fire us all and earn money yourself? )

"You beat me, also can't get the money. I don't have a business license, and I don't have any money in my account. My venue is rented and my personal property cannot be enforced. Otherwise, I will go to work and give you 100 yuan every month ... "(I was so arrogant in front of me and Judge Huang when I was mediating in court, take an examination! I can only accept mediation and get as much as possible, and then ask for my money through other channels)

Another Chinese teacher, Mr. Lu, was deducted from his salary because the boss broke his word. When recruiting teachers, Zhiyuan will promise a lot, such as a monthly salary of at least 45 thousand, providing accommodation subsidies and so on. I didn't know until the beginning of school that my salary didn't reach the promised figure, and I had to deduct a heavy tax (I suspect that this so-called tax is actually only in the boss's pocket. How can he pay taxes without a business license? )。 Teacher Lu also got such a promise when she came. As a result, after I came to Zhiyuan, I was unhappy because my salary was only two or three thousand, and I had a conflict with my boss. As for the promised accommodation subsidy, it was finally gone, and instead it was provided with free student dormitories. So in the first half of the year, I was angry with a chemistry teacher. At the time of court mediation, the boss actually changed his mind and said that he would charge Mr. Lu's accommodation fee, and abruptly deducted 1000 yuan.

Teacher Lu is dissatisfied with Zhiyuan's promise and has always been resistant. But to be honest, the old gentleman's teaching is still very serious. It is obvious to all that he is basically reading and explaining in the morning reading, which is almost equivalent to an extra class. Such a talented and earnest teacher was also top-notch in my former national model high school. But unfortunately, the old man had a morning reading (I testify: the only time! ), I don't have it with me. After entering the class and arranging the morning reading task, I picked a dish at the QQ farm in the office and was caught by the boss. This time ruined his reputation for life. The boss took the opportunity to talk big. When the court mediated, he said that Teacher Lu was not attentive in class and played QQ Farm until the computer broke down several times. It seems that this year, Mr. Lu is only paid to play the farm instead of teaching. When I talked to several other teachers privately about this matter, I expressed deep sympathy for Teacher Lu: Zhiyuan cheated a senior teacher in Nantong, Jiangsu, and made the old man unhappy at work. What's wrong with people playing QQ farm after work? The computer has been used for several years and its quality is poor. Who can blame this? If Zhiyuan is worried that his broken computer will be damaged by the teacher, he can lock it up directly or warn Teacher Lu not to use it. Why use this thing to create a trap to slander others? It's really wrong to play morning reading that day, but according to the contract, if the boss sees the violation, he can only deduct the salary of morning reading (10 yuan) and deduct the bonus of the month at most (500 yuan). If it doesn't make sense, he will deduct his salary and all the bonuses.

My salary was deducted. I always thought it was because Mr. Lu didn't like the boss, so I didn't like another Chinese teacher by the way. Besides, I happened to be reading in the office that morning. Later development proved how kind and wrong my idea was. I happened to be in the office when Mr. Lu was seen playing on the farm that day. So, in several conversations, I stated several times that I first went upstairs and downstairs for two classes, and then some students handed in their compositions. I had to comment on the first class and quickly corrected it in the office. I provided the names of specific students for him to investigate, and suggested that he transfer the classroom monitoring to understand the real situation. Hearing this, the boss said that he would never talk about it again. However, at the time of court mediation, he put forward this matter as evidence of my carelessness in teaching, and by the way, he also took out the evidence collected from the counselor when I was late for two evening self-study classes as evidence of deducting me 12600 yuan. I don't blame the counselor here. Although I called for leave twice because I really had something to do, how could I not bow my head under the eaves of others? Xiao Wu's expression of fear and trembling when he was stopped downstairs by his boss that day was really sympathetic ... just, is it worth being so afraid of others in order to earn a small salary? Didn't the other three counselors all resign one after another? Of course, he also accidentally let slip: you'd better take the opportunity to study here! Yes, I was admitted to the doctor's degree after teaching, but my class has many courses and good grades. Although I won't teach in Zhiyuan next year, you can't deduct my salary if the contract itself is signed every year.

Stupid, barbaric, reneging on one's word, this is my overall evaluation of Zhiyuan boss. Under the rule of such a boss, how does Zhiyuan develop this school?

In Zhiyuan school, the principal has no power to manage. Mr. Zheng, the principal, is a retired teacher from a foreign language middle school, and the academic director is a retired teacher from Jimei Middle School. To tell the truth, if these two people are given full authority to organize the school, they may be able to make a difference. But the boss doesn't trust professional teachers, and he wants to manage migrant workers by himself and make money with the land.

In Zhiyuan, several people, such as accountants and cashiers, obey the boss's leadership, and some even have opinions on the principal. People in the office once made a survey on teachers' teaching among students. The headmaster and the dean of academic affairs know nothing about this, so they can only emphasize unhappily that non-teaching personnel are not allowed to interfere with teaching during the meeting.

As for enrollment, Zhiyuan's usual method is to recruit dozens of part-time jobs, keep calling, make various promises, and enroll students in various ways. Recruiters mainly rely on income, so they spread it on the phone. What I know is that some recruiters promise to give students living in difficulties a monthly subsidy. As a result, when students came to ask questions after school started, everyone in the office had to deny it. When I was in school, students often complained to me that Zhiyuan had many favorable conditions when he enrolled students, but he changed his mind after coming in, saying that there had never been such promises and regulations here. Is this kind of broken promise the same as the boss's ability During the Zhiyuan period, students clashed with the school many times because of the charging problem, and even threatened to strike classes. When things happened, I tried my best to mediate between the two sides as a class teacher. After all, if classes are suspended, both sides will be hurt. At that time, I could only try my best to tell the students: I don't know how much money I will earn in the future, so don't care about these small money. As soon as this salary-seeking incident came out, I was even laughed at by my classmates because of my gentle attitude: we used to say "Zhiyuan Hei" and you still spoke for them. Now it's your turn? Every year, teachers and students come here hopefully, but they often leave with curses. Educators will fail if they don't pay attention to honesty and long-term development. People like boss Zhiyuan should quit the field of education. You have money to sell arms, drugs and so on. Why do you want to come to this field that especially needs honesty and wisdom? I won't be shot for doing other business anyway.

My salary was withheld for a long time and I begged for it several times. Finally, I decided not to be so humble and went directly to the court to file a case. When the court mediated, I took out the contract, stating that if the contract stipulated that in addition to the salary of 7,600 yuan and the attendance award of 5,000 yuan, I would also charge a penalty of 5,000 yuan according to the contract. This uneducated boss suddenly got a little confused. The presiding judge hurried over to beat around the bush and helped the boss stammer a few words about the terms that could deduct my salary, because the local boss and colleagues knew each other and just came down from upstairs to make tea, and he was always embarrassed to make people too embarrassed. During the trial, I was not satisfied with this, but I recognized the judge surnamed Huang. ) naturally, I won't confront this underworld who is always preaching and hitting people, so I agree to mediate.
