Article 1 The Chinese Educators Association is an international professional network organization composed of Chinese educators from China and overseas, and it is the China part of Chinese educators in the world.
Article 2: China Education Research Exchange Center (including research institutes, foundations and professional committees, etc.). ), China International Education Press and China Education Network are the organizations of the Association.
Article 3: China educators, with the aim of promoting China's education, unite China education experts at home and abroad, inherit and carry forward the great tradition of "respecting teachers and attaching importance to education" of the Chinese nation, and advocate "rejuvenating the country through science and education"; Strengthen international educational and cultural exchanges and cooperation, further promote China's reform and opening up and economic and cultural prosperity in the 2nd/KLOC-0 century, thus leading China's education to develop in a deeper and wider field.
The responsibilities of the association are: to accept the entrustment of the government and assist the competent departments to do a good job in education management; Collect educational information and achievements extensively, provide consulting services for educators, edit and publish a series of books and periodicals such as China Educator Yearbook, and publish member papers; Actively publicize China education experts, show the glorious course of education in China, recruit members of the association extensively, establish an educational talent pool, and reasonably recommend talents for relevant educational organizations and institutions; Prepare for international training colleges to train outstanding talents for the society; Organize seminars on foreign education and academic exchanges; Assist members to transform scientific and technological achievements into economic entities and handle the undertaking of scientific research institutes, schools and companies.

Article 4 China educators and overseas Chinese education experts who have made outstanding contributions to contemporary education, won wide acclaim from the society, have considerable educational practice experience and won numerous honors and awards shall meet one of the following criteria:
1, senior professional title and academic recognition.
2. Educational theories, practices and managers who have made outstanding contributions.
3. Famous educators who have been publicly commended and reported.
4, community organizations, universities, research institutes (centers) and other leaders and backbones.
5. There are many academic monographs and scientific research achievements.
6. Specially recommended by relevant academic institutions and periodical agencies at all levels.
7. People who have been selected into various large dictionaries such as China Higher Education Experts' Masterpieces, China Education Experts' Masterpieces, China Education Experts' Masterpieces (III) and World Excellent Chinese Education Experts' Masterpieces.
8. Recommended by members of the Association, special researcher of China Education Research Exchange Center and special consultant of China International Exchange Press. I will voluntarily abide by the articles of association of this association, and after my application and approval, I will become a member of this association.
Article 5: China International Exchange Press (Research Center and Editorial Board), Thailand Huaxia Development Co., Ltd. and Press, World Culture and Art Research Center, China International Publishing Group, China Economic and Trade Group, etc. He is the first member of the China Association of Educators, providing funds for the organization of this conference.
Article 6: Rights and obligations of members:
1. All members enjoy the rights stipulated in the Basic Law, get the support and help of our association, and provide free publicity and introduction opportunities at home and abroad to further expand their influence and introduce and recommend them to educational institutions, scholars and experts at home and abroad.
2. Participate in the activities of the Association and enjoy the due treatment of the Association.
3. Make criticisms and suggestions on our work.
4. In Hong Kong, the Association holds educational academic exchange meetings and regular international exchange meetings from time to time every year, and invites its members to participate.
5. According to the needs of members, he is recommended as a special researcher of China Education Research Exchange Center and a special consultant of China International Education Press.
6. Group members of the Association assist members to go to Hong Kong and Thailand for overseas exchange and inspection respectively. The members of the Association handle research institutions, professional committees and schools officially registered and approved by the China SAR Government. The main function of this association is to provide services for its members.
7. Members have the obligation to maintain the reputation of the Association and strive to complete the tasks entrusted by the Association.
8. Members shall register every year and pay their dues on time.
Article 7: Members are free to withdraw from the meeting. Members shall notify the Association in writing and return their membership cards.
Article 8 Members who have made special contributions to the cause of the association shall be commended and rewarded, and honorary certificates shall be issued. Those who violate the articles of association and damage the reputation of the association shall be criticized and educated until they are removed from the association. Those who don't pay the membership fee or participate in the activities of the association without justifiable reasons will be treated as automatic withdrawal.

Article 10: The term of office of the Council is four years, and a general meeting of all members shall be held in due course to hear the work report of the Secretariat and consider the next work plan.
Article 11: All members of China Educators Association fill in a membership registration form, report it to the secretariat of the association for the record, and submit three photos of themselves, and the association will issue membership cards uniformly.
Article 12 The Association and China Education Research and Exchange Center assist members to carry out various teaching activities, and provide all kinds of support and help in editing, publishing, exchange, achievement promotion, going abroad, running schools, textbook promotion, and thesis selection.
Article 13: The Association is composed of professional committees, branches and liaison offices, research institute of China Education Research Exchange Center, editorial board of China International Education Press, and professional branches of affiliated institutions. After applying for membership (including work plan and personnel introduction), they all meet the requirements and are allowed to be hired or contracted.
Fourteenth individual membership procedures:
1. Fill in the Application Form for Individual Members of China Educators Association;
2. Approved by the Secretariat of China Educators Association;
3. The Association issued the Notice of Individual Membership of China Educators Association and the Certificate of membership certificate and/or Director of China Educators Association.
Fifteenth China Association of Educators regularly publishes briefings on the official website of the Association, and distributes letters and materials under special circumstances to facilitate individual members to understand the work of the Association and participate in relevant activities of the Association.
