In recent years, with the reform and development of school physical education and aesthetic education, the demand for teachers' quantity and quality is increasing, and more and more part-time teachers of physical education and aesthetic education are enriched to the school teachers through social recruitment, government purchase of services and other ways and means. However, at present, the part-time teachers of physical education and aesthetic education are mixed. All localities hope that the Ministry of Education can introduce corresponding policies or management measures, clarify the selection and appointment conditions of part-time teachers of physical education and aesthetic education, standardize the appointment procedures of part-time teachers of physical education and aesthetic education, strengthen the organization, management and guarantee measures of part-time teachers of physical education and aesthetic education, and make the selection and appointment of part-time teachers of physical education and aesthetic education have rules to follow.
