Changde City Education Bureau is the administrative department that supervises the primary and secondary schools and their vocational education institutions in Changde City to ensure the smooth running of schools in all departments.
The schools managed by Changde Education Bureau are: Hunan Changde Normal School, Hunan Taoyuan Normal School, Changde Radio and TV University, Changde Industrial School, Changde Institute of Educational Science, Changde Automobile Electromechanical School, Changde No.1 Middle School, Changde No.2 Middle School, Changde No.6 Middle School and Changde No.7 Middle School.
