The main responsibilities of the Education Bureau
First, fully implement the educational principles, policies and regulations of the party and the state, study and formulate specific principles and policies for ethnic education, and organize their implementation.
The second is to study and formulate the national education development plan and annual development plan, draw up the focus, scale, speed and steps of education development, and organize, guide and coordinate the implementation of the national education development plan, annual plan, education system reform and school-running system reform.

To be responsible for the coordination, guidance and supervision of national basic education (including preschool education, special education, vocational and technical education, off-campus education and adult education) and higher education (including running schools by social forces), and to educate districts, counties and relevant departments.
