"Three Taoists" refer to Tao Xingzhi, Tao Zhugong and Tao Yuanming. Tao Xingzhi is a native of Shexian County, Anhui Province, an educator and thinker of China people, a great democratic fighter and patriot, and a leading figure of China National Salvation Association and China Democratic League. The Legend of Tao Zhugong is a folk literature work originated from Dingtao, Shandong Province, and The Legend of Tao Zhugong is a folk legend about Tao Zhugong's financial management and wealth distribution during his nineteen years in Dingtao. Tao Yuanming, alias Mr. Wu Liu, lived in private and was known as Mr. Jing, an outstanding poet, lyricist and essayist at the end of Eastern Jin Dynasty and the beginning of Liu Song Dynasty. Known as the ancestor of reclusive poets and the originator of pastoral poetry, he is the first literary master in Jiangxi.
