It is being understood and accepted by people, providing all scholars with an equal and good learning opportunity. Here, as a beneficiary of open education, I want to talk about my understanding of open education.

First of all, although open education is different from other colleges and universities when entering school, it can be admitted without examination, providing equal learning opportunities for those who want it, but it does not mean that every enrollee can easily get a university diploma. If he wants to learn real skills, he will have to work hard. The "credit system" of open education requires that every student must study hard every year, make continuous progress, accumulate credits every year and reach the graduation credits required by the school before he can formally graduate. Secondly, because the students of open education are diverse, it provides people from all walks of life with learning opportunities. Mainly rely on autonomous learning to complete their studies and receive necessary face-to-face counseling and learning support services. Master the necessary learning skills and learn to use modern information technology for autonomous learning. It fully embodies the reform of teaching and learning. It embodies the educational policy of combining quality education with lifelong education and guiding education with autonomous learning.

Finally, open education is a flexible, diverse, extensive and socialized education model, which makes up for the defects of closed education in modern classroom teaching. The learning style is flexible and there is no fixed flight system. Students can arrange their own study in their spare time according to their learning needs, learning progress and learning methods. Among the administrative courses, there are compulsory courses 12, 4 restricted courses and 4 elective courses. According to my actual situation, I decided to complete the required courses in 2-3 years. The specific scheme is as follows:

1, scientifically arrange the study time. Plan the daily time reasonably, allocate the daily study tasks reasonably, and insist on completing the tasks on the same day. Of course, we should also ensure adequate sleep, maintain proper exercise and rest, pay attention to diet and nutrition, and maintain vigorous energy and regular life.

2. Update your learning concept and understanding. Open education is no longer centered on teachers, schools and teaching, but on students and learning, cultivating students' habit of self-study and stimulating students' interest in learning. Don't regard learning as a helpless burden, but as a part of active life, and create a good learning environment for yourself.

3. Pay attention to learning methods and use learning skills to improve school efficiency. Get into the habit of taking notes while reading, which can help you think and summarize, sum up problems, deepen your understanding and memory of the learning content, and record the key points in the learning content for future reference and review. If you encounter difficult problems in your study, you should consult teachers and classmates in time, participate in group study, discuss learning problems, exchange learning experiences, exchange learning methods and skills, exchange learning information and materials, encourage each other's learning confidence, stimulate learning motivation, eliminate loneliness caused by individualized learning, and improve together in mutual assistance.

Third, the way and plan to complete the study plan

In distance open education, as autonomous learners who are responsible for their own learning, they will inevitably encounter difficulties and setbacks in the learning process. Establishing and consolidating learning confidence will be an important task accompanying the whole learning process.

(1) correctly understand and evaluate your learning foundation and learning ability, fully estimate the difficulties you may encounter in your study, correctly evaluate and know yourself, set your expectations objectively, and don't dampen your learning confidence because you don't reach too high a goal.

(2) Determine a clear and feasible learning goal for each learning unit, complete the learning tasks and goals of each time unit in strict accordance with the learning schedule, and gain a small sense of accomplishment by completing each learning task and goal in a down-to-earth manner at ordinary times, and constantly gain and enhance learning confidence.

(3) exchange learning experience and experience with classmates, encourage learning confidence and stimulate learning motivation. 2. Learn independently and develop good habits.

The contradiction between work, study and life is a big problem for every amateur learner. Only by dealing with these contradictions can we do a good job in work, study and life. I am determined to put forward the following points to alleviate these contradictions:
