Educational narrative will come from some specific events in educational life and be expressed reasonably through narrative, description, discussion and other expressions.
The main purpose of teachers' narrative research is to reflect on their own educational and teaching activities through self-narration, and to improve their behavior and improve the quality of education and teaching through reflection.
Educational narrative belongs to narrative, so when writing, try not to comment directly or express feelings, but focus on narrative, hide things in stories and let readers feel for themselves.
Educational narrative usually contains four basic elements: story background, situation description, description of the result and effect of problem solving, reflection or evaluation.
1) Story background: explain the time, place, characters and causes of the story, but it is not necessary to cover everything. The key is to explain the special reasons and conditions of the story. If there is an introduction or introduction before the text, this part can be omitted.
2) Scenario description: choose the true story, highlight the key points and reflect a distinct problem or contradiction. Describe in detail, try to be vivid and fascinating. First describe and then analyze, which can be combined with narration or discussion.
3) Description of the result or effect of problem solving: Describe the result or effect of problem solving in one or a few simple sentences to highlight and emphasize it, so that people can further understand and feel its typical educational significance.
4) Reflection or evaluation: Reflection and evaluation is an analysis of the success or failure of education and teaching behavior that has risen to the theoretical level. Reflection means that teachers take their own education and teaching activities as the research object, and examine, think, explore and evaluate them from multiple angles; Evaluation is the analysis and thinking of others' teaching narrative from the observer's point of view.
