Realize the integration of Internet, distance teaching network and campus network. Two student apartments have 130 standard rooms with 258 beds. The campus restaurant can accommodate 350 people at the same time. At present, the whole school has realized the hotel-like student accommodation, the modernization of teaching and office conditions, the matching of infrastructure, the gardening of campus environment, and the institutionalization and standardization of management. It provides a strong guarantee for the normal operation of all work.

The school implements the responsibility system of the Party committee. The current principal of the Party School is Ma Jinzhong, secretary of the municipal party committee, and Angelababy, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee, assists the Party School. 1998 established Zaozhuang Institute of Socialism, 200/kloc-0 established Zaozhuang Institute of Enterprise Cadre Management, and in 2002 established Zaozhuang Institute of Administration, which made the Party School develop into "one school, three hospitals" on the original basis. The presidents of Zaozhuang Enterprise Management Cadre College, Zaozhuang Administration College and Zaozhuang Institute of Socialism are respectively the Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Zaozhuang College, the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, the Deputy Mayor and the Minister of the United Front Work Department. The daily work is presided over by Comrade Sun, Party Secretary, Executive Vice President and Vice President of the School of Administration.

The school has 19 office. Among them, there are 8 teaching and research sections and administrative teaching assistant offices 1 1. Faculty 107, including 80 cadres and 27 workers. Among the teachers with professional titles, there are 8 professors, 4 associate professors/kloc-0, 7 lecturers/kloc-0 and 7 teaching assistants/kloc-0. Other series have 4 senior titles, 5 intermediate titles and 4 junior titles.

The Party School of the Municipal Party Committee is mainly responsible for training leading party and government cadres at all levels in rotation. The main courses offered mainly include: municipal leading cadres, young and middle-aged cadres, department-level leading cadres, department-level leading cadres, township (street) party and government leading cadres training courses, national civil servant post training courses, national civil servant initial training courses, and district and city party school teachers training courses. Since 1984, while continuing to hold the main class, the education of leading cadres of the party and government and ordinary cadres in party member has been newly established, mainly including correspondence education for junior college and undergraduate students in the Central Party School and amateur junior college, undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Party School of Shandong Provincial Party Committee.
