Undergraduate stage: China Development University has been enrolling students in undergraduate stage since 1990s, which is divided into three levels: undergraduate, second bachelor's degree and senior high school, with a total of 39 undergraduate majors, such as English, business administration, accounting, information management and information system.
2. Higher vocational stage: The higher vocational stage of the Open University of China includes three-year and two-year programs, involving 14 majors such as economic management, machinery and electronics, and information technology.
3. Postgraduate stage: The postgraduate stage of China Development University has two levels: professional degree and academic master, involving management, education, engineering, literature and other fields, with 22 master majors.
4. Doctoral postgraduate stage: the three disciplines of doctoral degree, engineering and management in China Development University. At present, there are 9 doctoral programs. In addition, CDB also provides non-academic education, self-study exams, online education and other forms of education, providing adults with a wide range of learning options.
The National Open University is not unified in academic qualifications and has no characteristics of full-time study. Learning time is free and can be fragmented. It can be said that there is no time limit, location limit and age limit, and the Open University is committed to building a public education platform for lifelong learning. The running system of National Open University is different from our traditional higher education. It is composed of university headquarters, branch schools, local colleges, learning centers and enterprise colleges to jointly build a digital learning resource center. The National Open University can be jointly established by radio and television universities, open universities, local colleges, vocational schools and training institutions, with high sharing of resources, centralized absorption of educational resources and talents from all sides, and shouldering the responsibility of promoting educational equity and allowing all people to receive higher education.
