Recently, I read "Teachers' Mental Health Education", and I have a new understanding and thinking about myself and my work. The book not only explains the mental health education of teachers in detail, but also illustrates it with various simple examples. In the learning process, combined with my own teaching practice, I have the following feelings.

As the embodiment of knowledge and morality, teachers often subconsciously take perfection as their life goal. At work, I always want to be perfect in all aspects, eager for others to see and affirm my achievements. In reality, my personality, ability, specialty and opportunity are different, which greatly restrict my work performance. Performance is not necessarily reflected directly from the teacher's own education, ability and time spent, but indirectly from the students. Therefore, achievement is not always in direct proportion to the labor paid. Therefore, if all the reasons are attributed to yourself, it will bring psychological' adverse reactions' and mental health problems.

Teachers' unhealthy psychology can not correctly understand students' behaviors, let alone skillfully deal with students' problems, which may affect the relationship between teachers and students and may hurt students' hearts. Therefore, in order to better educate students, teachers themselves must first be mentally healthy people.

Undeniably, in recent years, the treatment of teachers has been greatly improved, and the party and the government have made great efforts to ensure teachers' salaries, which has greatly improved our living conditions and increased our enthusiasm for work. However, there are still some problems in terms of work treatment. On the one hand, it is difficult to reflect the labor value of teachers at present. It is difficult to have a clear quantitative standard for teachers' labor value, and it is impossible to calculate an accurate and reasonable figure. Some teachers are psychologically unbalanced, and their work is not easier than that of civil servants, but their salaries vary greatly. On the other hand, due to the lack of local finance, teachers' salaries are still difficult to be paid in full and on time, teachers' housing cannot be solved, and medical conditions are extremely poor. These factors have certain influence on the stability of teachers' working mentality and psychological emotion. Faced with too many temptations, many young teachers will always waver, rethink their choices or suffer from job burnout in advance, which will affect education and teaching.

How to eliminate the psychological imbalance of teachers? Make teachers devote themselves to education and teaching with a more positive attitude. Fundamentally speaking, teachers' mental health must be maintained by themselves. An excellent teacher should be able to handle the relationship between two aspects-paying attention to students' mental health and their own mental health. A good teacher can bear a lot of pressure when needed, but don't let yourself be under pressure all the time, which will damage your body and mind and affect your normal work and life. As a teacher, only by constantly improving their comprehensive quality, constantly learning and mastering new knowledge, adapting to new teaching concepts as soon as possible, mastering new teaching methods and meeting new teaching requirements, can they seek new development and truly have a sense of psychological security. Teachers constantly accept new knowledge and broaden their horizons, which can also make them look at problems from a higher angle, treat unsatisfactory things in life and work with a more peaceful attitude, and experience less anxiety and frustration, which is of great significance to maintaining mental health.

In the future education and teaching, I will keep a healthy and fair mind, pay attention to every student, be kind to every student, care for and care for my students, and let them grow up happily in a relaxed and happy atmosphere and become useful talents of the motherland. At the same time, we are constantly learning new education and teaching theories, constantly enriching ourselves and adjusting our mentality in time.
