I think so, too. Now teachers have a good prospect of treatment, and more importantly, they can teach and educate people. Generally speaking, this is the price for new university employees, but you have a postgraduate degree and are fully qualified to apply for a salary increase. Maybe you didn't ask for this when you talked about the conditions in the interview, or your attitude was too low. If you want to stay, work hard in the meantime, make some achievements, and then use your performance to talk to your boss. If it still doesn't work, there is no need to stay. Where are you going?
