An important advantage of undergraduate primary education students' employment is undergraduate education, but this advantage is not excellent, because there are many ways for in-service teachers to obtain high education. After all, if in-service teachers have teaching experience, preconceived ideas and the same academic qualifications, the school will never dismiss in-service teachers and introduce new teachers.

Since a few years ago, teachers' access has been liberalized to the society. As long as social workers with teacher qualification certificates pass the exam, they can enter the education system and compete for teacher positions. Especially with the increasing difficulty of social employment, many Chinese departments, mathematics departments, English departments and even graduate students have joined the competition of primary school teachers, which undoubtedly increases the employment difficulty of undergraduate primary education students.
