As long as social workers with teacher qualification certificates pass the exam, they can enter the education system and compete for teacher positions. Especially with the increasing difficulty of social employment, many Chinese departments, mathematics departments, English departments and even graduate students have joined the competition of primary school teachers, which undoubtedly increases the employment difficulty of undergraduate primary education students.
