Second, children's initiative and creativity in learning are closely related to the flexibility and richness of teachers' own thinking. Therefore, teachers should be creative in their own efforts. Teachers play a vital role in cultivating children's creativity, and it is difficult to cultivate creative students without creative teachers. Creative teachers are born with the concept of creative education and like to create an environment conducive to creativity and implement creative education. Such an environment and education are exactly the needs of creative students, which can make them feel at home. You should enter the set classroom situation as a creator. Create a good situation for children to think and think creatively. When teachers use beautiful language combined with wall charts to project the spectacular scenes of stalactites and stalagmites, and the masterpieces of nature change, when teachers use beautiful language to describe the brilliant achievements of chemists who are brave in exploring and pursuing truth; When children see the animation effect on the computer screen; When children are seeking new knowledge, looking for a regular mind to get a surprise of unexpected success, and suddenly feel the happiness brought by inspiration after the mountains and rivers are full of doubts and no way out, they all feel the influence of beauty and become a huge source of stimulating innovative consciousness and cultivating innovative ability.
Third, make use of opportunities to communicate with peers and adults to promote the development of children's language. Peer interaction is one of the important ways for children to learn, and mutual communication and learning between peers can promote the development of children's language. Children mobilize their existing exchange experience and use language skills to solve practical problems in life. If two children have a conflict over a toy and want to get the toy from each other, the other party will do everything possible to prevent the other party from taking it away. In the process of communication, both sides will choose communication strategies according to each other's attitudes and behaviors, and adjust their own language to communicate with others in order to achieve their own goals. Therefore, adults should provide children with opportunities to communicate with their peers, so that children can feel the fun brought by language communication in communication and effectively improve their language ability.
Fourth, the development of children's language expression ability and oral expression ability should be considered from two aspects: enriching children's vocabulary and encouraging children to speak complete sentences:
(1) Enrich children's vocabulary. Because the richness of vocabulary directly affects children's oral expression ability. However, the accumulation of children's vocabulary can not be solved in a day or two, but is constantly enriched and accumulated in long-term language learning. There is no shortcut at all. It is entirely up to teachers to grow up with children in language teaching, and to accumulate and consolidate bit by bit. So I usually attach great importance to the accumulation of children's vocabulary. I not only enriched the vocabulary of children's subjects, but also classified the vocabulary that children need to master: nouns, adjectives, verbs, quantifiers and so on. And gradually penetrate in the teaching process. For example, several verbs in the story "Where is the chicken?" Little yellow chicken crouched in the basin, little yellow chicken got under the chair, little black chicken stood on the stone and little white chicken hid behind the tree. In the process of telling stories, I asked four children to squat, stand, drill and hide respectively, so that the children could understand the meaning of these verbs initially, and then digest "squat, stand, drill and hide" through games. Another example is to learn the adjectives "industrious pig" and "cunning fox" in the story of "exploding apple". After the children understand the meaning, I use the method of giving inferences to guide the children to use their brains and try to tell them with these adjectives: hardworking ...; Cunning ... in this way, children's vocabulary is increasing and their oral expression ability is also improved accordingly.
(2) Encourage children to speak completely. Children should not only master many words, but also learn to express their thoughts in complete sentences, from saying a sentence completely to saying a paragraph coherently, and gradually improve their oral expression ability. How to guide children to speak complete words? This is related to teachers' own language teaching habits. If the teacher does not pay attention to the requirement of telling children complete sentences in class, children will often express their wishes in short sentences when answering questions. Once they form a habit, it is not conducive to improving children's oral expression ability. Therefore, I attach great importance to the requirement of children to finish sentences, and insist on encouraging children to finish sentences from small classes. When children answer questions and express their wishes, I always patiently guide him, "Would you please tell them in complete sentences?" For children with poor oral expression skills, speaking is always intermittent.
Sometimes I can't express myself clearly at all, so I use some games to patiently guide them to say complete words. For example, in the role games Love Hospital and Department Store, I use specific questions to guide children's thinking, "What do you want to buy?" I want to buy ... ","What's the matter with you? " "I have a stomachache ..." and so on. In this way, on the basis of speaking complete sentences, children are constantly exercised and their oral expression ability is improved accordingly. I often use some to retell stories and imitate poems, such as Cats Fishing, Little Monkeys Selling Rings, Three Butterflies, Clouds and Breezes, Combs and so on. In these interesting stories, first let the children understand the key words and sentences in the story, and then express their wishes. For example, I discussed the story of "Cats Fishing" with children and told them that cats are half-hearted, catching butterflies and dragonflies for a while and not catching fish for a while. Then I asked the children to tell me if they had anything similar.
Some children can relate to their own reality and tell stories. "In class, I am half-hearted, touching this for a while and touching that for a while.
Look at that. There was nothing. "This kind of practice is very helpful for children to improve their oral expression ability.
Fourth, stimulate creative imagination. Rich imagination is the wing of creation. Whether creating imagination or recreating imagination is very important for cultivating children's creative thinking, creative labor and mastering knowledge. Children like fantasy and are imaginative, and their innovative thinking is often caused by creative imagination. I also introduced the children into the situation with wonderful and touching introductions, and combined with illustrations, let them imagine according to Sima Guang's eyes, expressions and actions in the painting "Sima Guang smashed the jar". This not only provides children with imagination material, but also provides imagination space. Cultivate students' imagination, use their brains to find ways and train innovative thinking when encountering difficulties. Therefore, innovation comes from life, which is higher than life and should be closely combined with practice. Through the four methods mentioned above, children can be guided to find problems, operate, express and communicate, so as to acquire knowledge and skills.
Yes Boldly advocating innovation and actively carrying out innovative activities are what our preschool teachers should do and also play a decisive role in preschool education.
