Personally, I think business English, business English major (about business) will be stronger. You must also be able to take the teacher qualification certificate during your study, and you will be qualified as a teacher.

Of course, if the future plan is to be a teacher, English education will be more appropriate. What matters in working in a foreign company is ability. Your English is enough for business communication and correspondence. It doesn't matter to learn English education.
