Chongqing Mechanical Senior Technical School, founded in 1952, is the first public technical school in southwest China. Now it is a national key secondary vocational school, a national key technical school, a national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration school, a national high-skilled personnel training base, a national vocational skill appraisal institute and an advanced unit of national vocational education.

First of all, this is a public technical school, which belongs to the jurisdiction of the Education Bureau. Only private schools are not under the control of the Education Bureau.

Expansion: The Education Bureau is in charge of education, and the documents issued by provincial leaders are distributed to all school units, kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and universities through the Education Bureau, which are all within the jurisdiction of the Education Bureau.
